Our refund policy is designed to ensure clear and transparent management of issues that may arise during the order process. Below are the conditions under which the buyer may be refunded, depending on the situation.

Required Videos

Seller Video

The seller must upload a video of the products to be shipped, in which a code provided by the platform is clearly visible. The video must be uploaded during the shipping process to ensure its validity.

Buyer Video

A valid buyer video must show the package received intact (clearly displaying the entire package). During the recording, the package must never go out of frame, and the moment of first opening must be clearly visible. All received cards must be clearly shown, and the removal of each card from the package must be well documented. Any issues must be declared in the same video at the time of opening. Any separate videos will not be accepted.

Refund Types

Incorrect Card

Full refund or, in some cases, a partial refund equal to the difference in value between the received and expected card.

Missing Card

Full refund for missing cards.

Different Condition

Full or partial refund based on the card's condition.
